18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

Websites covered: SheSeducedMe.com, LesbianSexuality.com and LesbianCash.com (the "Sites")

All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on the Sites were at least eighteen (18) years of age when those depictions were produced.

Producer: SBA Creative Concepts, a California company, d/b/a LesbianCash.

Records. The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all such depictions are kept by a non-employee third-party Custodian of Records. They are available for inspection, as those laws provide, at:

Date of production. All visual depictions on the Sites were originally produced after November 1, 1990. The date of original production of each depiction, and its title or identifying number, are recorded in the records kept by the Custodian of Records.

Exempt and non-covered material. Some visual depictions on the Sites do not show actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, or are otherwise exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Those depictions are not covered by this statement. Their inclusion on the Sites does not mean the operator concedes that the record-keeping requirements apply to them.

Affiliates and promotional material. Affiliates who display our promotional material that contains sexually explicit depictions must link to this statement from each page where that material appears.

Reporting. To report content you believe shows a minor or was published without consent, email sheseducedmexxx@gmail.com. We review reports within 7 business days and remove illegal content promptly.
