How LesbianCash collects, uses and protects your information
Privacy Policy
Updated: October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SBA Creative Concepts, a California company, d/b/a LesbianCash ("LesbianCash," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses and shares personal information on these websites (the "Sites"):
- SheSeducedMe.com
- LesbianSexuality.com
- LesbianCash.com, our affiliate program
It applies to visitors, members and affiliates. Our Terms of Service are at https://lesbiancash.com/external.php?page=terms.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Members: username, password, email address, and any messages you send us (for example comments or support requests).
- Affiliates: name, company name, email, website URLs, payment details (Paxum or PayPal account ID), tax forms (IRS Form W-9 or W-8), and identity documents if we request them to verify identity before paying.
Payment information. Memberships are billed by our payment processors, Epoch and SegPay, and you enter your card or payment details on their pages. We do not receive or store full card numbers. The processors send us limited transaction details, such as a transaction ID, amount, date, subscription status, country, and the email you gave them.
Age verification. Where the law requires it, a third-party age-verification provider checks your age when you sign up or join. We receive the result (for example, "verified 18+"), a reference ID and the date. We do not receive or keep your ID documents, selfies or other verification data; the provider handles those under its own privacy policy.
Collected automatically
- Logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and date and time. These help us run and secure the Sites and prevent fraud and account sharing.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5.
- Affiliate tracking: when you arrive through an affiliate link, we record the affiliate code, campaign and click details in a cookie and in our affiliate software, so that the right affiliate is credited for any join.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 (see Section 10).
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide memberships, give you access to the members area and keep your account secure;
- confirm age where the law requires it and enforce location restrictions;
- process payments and handle cancellations through Epoch and SegPay;
- run the affiliate program, which includes tracking referrals, calculating commissions, paying affiliates, verifying identity, and collecting tax forms and filing tax reports where the law requires;
- answer your messages, complaints and content-removal requests;
- detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing, content piracy and security incidents;
- send service messages (for example receipts and account notices) and, if you opted in, marketing emails about our own Sites;
- comply with law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping, tax, anti-money-laundering ("know your customer") rules, and lawful requests from authorities;
- improve the Sites, using aggregate statistics.
3. How we share information
We do not sell member lists, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. The one exception is the additional-membership offer at checkout, described below and in Section 8. We share personal information with service providers that help us run the Sites, under contracts that limit how they use it, and with the seller of any additional membership you choose to buy:
- Payment processors: Epoch and SegPay, for billing, cancellations, refunds and fraud prevention.
- Age-verification provider: to perform legally required age checks at signup or join.
- Hosting: MojoHost, which hosts the Sites and their servers.
- Affiliate software: NATS by Too Much Media (TMM), which tracks referrals and affiliate accounts.
- Website and members-area software: Elevated X (CMS).
- Email providers: to send and receive email, including Google Gmail.
- Payout providers: Paxum and PayPal, to pay affiliates.
- Records custodian: 2257Snap, which keeps the age and identity records for performers required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (see Section 9 of our Terms).
- Sellers of additional memberships you buy at checkout: if you leave a pre-selected additional membership checked and complete your purchase, we and the payment processor share with that membership's seller the information needed to open your account (for example your name, email and username). That seller handles your information under its own privacy policy. If you uncheck the offer, nothing is shared.
- Professional advisers: for example lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality.
We may also disclose information:
- if the law requires it, for example a subpoena or court order;
- to protect our rights, users or the public, including reporting child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and cooperating with law enforcement;
- to a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, under this Policy.
Affiliates receive reports about the sales they refer, and may receive limited account information about referred members (for example a username) when needed to credit them. We require affiliates to keep this information confidential.
4. Marketing choices
We send marketing emails only if you agree to receive them. Each one includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days. You can also email sheseducedmexxx@gmail.com to opt out. Even after you opt out, we will still send service messages about your account. Some join pages show an additional membership to another website that is already selected (see Section 3 of this Policy and Section 21 of our Terms). If you leave it checked and complete your purchase, we share the information needed to open that membership with its seller. If you uncheck it, nothing is shared.
5. Cookies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to:
- keep you logged in and remember your age-gate or verification status (essential);
- credit affiliates for referrals (affiliate tracking);
- measure traffic and prevent fraud.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, login and affiliate crediting may not work. Where the law requires it, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above:
- Member accounts: for the life of the account, then only as long as needed for disputes, chargebacks and fraud prevention.
- Logs: for a limited period, unless needed for a security or fraud investigation.
- Affiliate, payment and tax records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally at least 7 years).
- Age-verification results: as long as the law allows or requires. Some state laws prohibit keeping identifying information from an age check, and we follow those rules.
- 2257 records about performers: kept as federal law requires.
When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to admin systems, and payment processors that meet card-industry (PCI DSS) security standards. Use a password for your account that you do not use on any other site. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Your rights in the United States (including California)
Depending on where you live, you may have these rights over your personal information:
- know or access what we collect and how we use it;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- opt out of its "sale," of "sharing" for targeted advertising, or of profiling. We do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not profile. The only possible "sale" is described under "California: Do Not Sell or Share" below.
- limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use it only as needed to provide the service.
Where state law gives these rights, this includes California (CCPA/CPRA) and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and others.
Sensitive information. The fact that someone is a member of an adult website can reveal information about their sex life or sexual orientation, which several state laws and the GDPR treat as sensitive. We use it only to provide the service you asked for, including opening an additional membership you leave selected at checkout. We do not use it for advertising.
How to make a request. Email sheseducedmexxx@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request." We will verify your identity, usually by confirming control of the email on your account, and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you, as the law allows. You may use an authorized agent, and you may appeal a denial by replying to our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California: Do Not Sell or Share. Some join pages show an additional membership to another website that is already selected (Section 21 of our Terms). If you leave it checked and complete your purchase, we and the payment processor send that membership's seller the information needed to open your account (for example your name, email and username). Under California law, this may count as a "sale" of personal information. You can opt out in two ways:
- at checkout: uncheck the additional membership. You will not buy it, and nothing is shared;
- at any time: email sheseducedmexxx@gmail.com with the subject "Do Not Sell." We will not share your information with additional-membership sellers in the future.
We do not sell member lists, and we do not share personal information for targeted advertising.
California "Shine the Light." We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. The only exception is the account-opening information sent to the seller of an additional membership you buy at checkout.
9. Your rights in the EU, EEA and UK
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, SBA Creative Concepts is the controller of your personal data. Our legal bases are:
- performance of a contract: memberships and the affiliate agreement;
- legal obligation: age checks, tax and 2257 records;
- legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention and affiliate tracking;
- consent: marketing emails, non-essential cookies, and any processing of sensitive data that needs it.
You have the right to:
- access, correct or delete your data, or restrict or object to how we process it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- complain to your local data-protection authority, such as the UK ICO.
To exercise these rights, email sheseducedmexxx@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
10. Children
The Sites are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it and close the account. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact sheseducedmexxx@gmail.com.
11. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States and possibly elsewhere. If you access the Sites from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK equivalent.
12. Third-party sites
The Sites link to sites we do not control, such as the Epoch and SegPay billing pages, affiliate sites and the age-verification provider. Their own privacy policies apply to them.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with a new "Updated" date. If a change is material, we will notify members and affiliates by email or on the Sites before it takes effect.
